About Cory Musician

I work with long-term capital partners to acquire and steward well-run, founder-built businesses. My focus is on companies that produce tangible products or provide essential services, businesses with durable demand and operations that aren’t easily disrupted by technological change.

When I help acquire a business, the goal is simple: support what already works. I’m not interested in gutting companies, replacing good teams, or disrupting a strong culture. In most cases, the people who built the business understand it best, and businesses perform best when ownership is stable and incentives are aligned.

I’m an engineer by training and have spent several years working inside complex organizations. That experience shaped how I think about ownership and decision-making. In my view, businesses thrive when they are operated simply, led by capable people, and owned by partners who think in decades rather than quarters.
